Directions for getting to Fusion Festival 2017 by Road and Rail

North West, follow M6 South to J21A, then M62 West to J6 follow the A5300 Knowsley Expressway Southbound for 2 ½ miles. At the roundabout take the third exit and then follow event signage. From North East, follow A1(M) South to J44, then M1 South to J42, and then M62 West to J6 and follow event signage.

Follow A1(M) North to J32A and then M62 West to J6 follow the A5300 Knowsley Expressway Southbound for 2 ½ miles. At the roundabout take the third exit and follow event signage.

From the south West, use M5 North then M6 North to J21A and then M62 West to J6 follow the A5300 Knowsley Expressway Southbound for 2 ½ miles. At the roundabout take the third exit and then follow event signage. From South East, follow M40 North to J3A then follow M42 North to J7, then M6 North to J21A, then M62 West to J6 follow the A5300 Knowsley Expressway Southbound for 2 ½ miles. At the roundabout take the third exit and then follow event signage.

Please note if you are travelling from Runcorn/Chester/Wrexham it is advised to avoid the A53 road bridge due to major road works.

Coming to Fusion by train? Check before you travel, ahead of forthcoming industrial action on both the Merseyrail network and Northern services. Services won’t be disrupted on Saturday, but there won’t be trains from or to Aigburth station on Sunday.

However, all other rail operators will be running as normal, operating into Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool South Parkway. Commercial bus services and an event shuttle bus (from Lime Street) can get you to and from the event and the city centre.

We will be operating a shuttle bus service between Liverpool Lime St and the Festival site between the hours of 10am and 4pm and again between 8pm and 11pm to take you back to Lime Street from the festival site, buses will run approximately every 15 minutes and there will be a £2 charge per journey.
